Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars or pounds sterling depending on the region you select, and are charged in that currency. Taxes and any duties are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Subscriptions
Choosing Subscribe & Save creates a recurring order. Refills are billed and shipped every 2 months at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, reschedule or cancel at any time before the next dispatch.
Returns and trial
Our 60-night trial and return process is described on the returns page and forms part of these terms.
Product use
SmileWave Kids is a children’s toothbrush intended for supervised use. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional dental care. Follow the included instructions and keep charging accessories away from water.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in Canada or the United Kingdom.
