Brush with it for up to 60 nights. If it isn't right for your family, we'll take it back.
How the trial works
Your 60 nights start the day your order is delivered. If the routine doesn’t stick, email support@chilldrift.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we refund the full amount you paid for the bundle to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What to send back
Send back the brush, charging base and cable. You can keep used brush heads, opened toothpaste, stickers and the brushing chart — no need to return consumables.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost. Every SmileWave brush is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time before the next refill is dispatched. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn’t refund a refill already on its way.
