Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom with tracking included on every order.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm local time on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, go out on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

  • Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Remote and rural addresses can take a few days longer. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all ChillDrift orders in both regions. Taxes are shown at checkout.

Subscription deliveries

Subscribe & Save refills ship every 2 months on the same terms. You can skip, reschedule or cancel a delivery any time before it’s dispatched from your account confirmation email.
